Special function
A. Emergency switch:
a) Switch on the emergency switch in when the unit is in stop mode, and the unit operates on AUTO, AUTO SPEED,
24°C setting; if you turn on the emergency switch when the unit is in start mode, the unit will stop operation.
b) Malfunction history list checks: In cooling or heating mode, using the remote controller set to automatic wind
speed, press the SWING button 6 times to get the recent history of faults, the duration; the details of the buzzer
ringing or the frequency of the timing lights ashing, in order to obtain the recent fault code.
B.Temperature compensation:
In the heating mode, temperature compensation range is in the range of -14 ~ 0°C.
Set the temperature consumption in the Heating mode using a remote controller, at 30°C as the reference point,
press the sleep switch 7 times, and the buzzer ring 2 times; that’s how the unit enters temperature consumption
mode. Temperature consumption data = current temperature. In the cooling mode at -30°C, the temperature
compensation is in the range of -7 ~ +7 °C. Set the temperature consumption in the Cooling mode using the
remote controller’s cooling mode, at 23°C as the reference point, press the sleep button 7 times in 5 seconds; th
buzzer rings twice, and the unit enters temperature consumption mode. Temperature. consumption data current
temperature of -23°C
C. Deliberate Defrost:
In the heating mode, at high speed, set the temperature at 30°C, and press the sleep button 6 times; the buzzer
rings 3 times and the unit enter manual defrost mode.
D. Auto start function:
When the unit is on, press the sleep button 10 times within 5 seconds; the buzzer rings 4 times and unit enters
auto restart mode; press the sleep button 10 times within 5 seconds and the buzzer rings twice to indicate exiting
of the auto restart function .
The memory information: on/o condition, mode, fan speed, setting temp., swing position.
E. Room card function:
Room card function can be switched on using the remote control device.
Press the light button 12 times using remote control device; if the buzzer rings 4 times then the room card is valid,
and= if the buzzer rings twice, then the room card is invalid.
Note:
If a wired controller is being used, then special functions of A, B, C and D need to be implemented in accordance
with the wired controller manual. The E function is to be set up by the installation personnel during debugging and
installation.
