enginedevelops74.5kW(100Hp)at2200RPMasperISO3046Optimumcombustionairlteringisguaranteedby
drytype,dualelementairlterprovidedwithairlterclogindicator.Thetravelpumpismountedattheywheeland
thevibrationpumpismountedatthebackoftravelpumpandcoupledtoenginethroughexiblecoupling.Theengine
drawsfuelfromthefueltankwithatankcapacityof235L(62USgal)mountedontherearframe.
Hydraulicsystem
Themachineworkswiththeclosedloophydraulicsystem.Ahydraulicoiltankwithcapacityof70L(18USgal)
supplieshydraulicoiltothesteeringpumpmountedontheengineandtothechargepumpsin-builtonvibration
pump.Thechargepumpsinjectoilinthereturnlineofclosedloopcircuittotakecareofhydraulicoillosses.
Aportionoftheoilfromtheclosedloopsystemispassedthroughthehydraulicoilcoolermountedonrearframeto
achievetheoptimumhydraulicoilcooling.
Travel
Thetravelpumpmountedattheywheelsideoftheenginesupplieshydraulicoiltotherearaxlemotorsandtothe
frontdrummotorviahoses.Thedrumdrivemotoriscoupledtotherollerdrumandtheaxlemotoriscoupledtothe
rearaxletherebypropellingthemachine.Theforwardandreversetravelsareachievedbychangingthedirectionof
owtothemotors.
Travelspeedrange(0–11.5km/h(0–7.1mph))andworkingspeedrange(0–5.5km/h(0–3.4mph))arearchived
usingdualdisplacementaxlemotorsandthespeedrangeisselectedbyarockerswitchonthecontrolpanel.
DrumdrivemotorsareavailableonlyinDDandPDversions.
Vibration
Thevibrationpumpcoupledtothetravelpumpsupplieshydraulicoiltothevibrationmotorviahoses.Thevibration
motorinturndrivestheshafttherebyvibratingtheroller.Dualfrequencyanddualamplitudeareachievedbychanging
thespeedanddirectionofrotationofvibrationmotor.Modeofvibrationisselectedbyusingtherockerswitchprovided
onthecontrolpanel.
Steeringsystem
Thesteeringpumpmountedontheenginesuppliesoiltothesteeringcylindersviatheorbitalunitlocatedbelowthe
operator’splatform.Thesteeringcylindersareconnectedtotherearframeandtheirpistonrodsareconnectedtothe
articulationjoint,whichisconnectedtotheroller.
Electricalsystem
Theelectricalsystemconsistsofabattery,astartermotorandanalternatorontheengine.Controlpanelandother
monitoringfacilitiesavailableinthemachine.
