Beforeoperatingthemachine

Beforeoperatingthemachine,checkforcorrectoperationofsteering,brakes,hydrauliccontrols,
instruments,andsafetyequipment.Makesurethetransmissioncontrolleverisintheneutralposition.
Makealladjustmentsbeforeoperatingthemachine.

Testtheparkingandservicebrakes.
NOTE:Reviewtheproceduresintheirentiretybeforeproceeding.Ensureyouallowsurplusroomformachinetravel
onslope.
1.T otesttheparkingbrake:
Ensuretheoperatorsseatisinnormalposition.
Ensurethatarticulationjointarrestorisdisengaged.
Ensurethatparkingbrakeisnotengaged(parkingbrakeshouldbeinoffposition).
Startuptheengine.
Increasetheenginespeedtofullthrottle.
Travelforwardonslope.
Onslopeputtheforwardreverselever(FNR)inneutralandengagetheparkingbrakeorshutdowntheengine.
Parkingbrakewillholdthem/c.
Contactyourdealerforservicesasneeded.
2.Thehydrostaticsystemconstitutestheservicebrakethusaseparateservicebrakeinnotrequired.Thespring
loadedmultiplediscbrakesintherearaxleservesasaparkingbrake.
Operatingthemachine(travel)
1.Drivethemachinewiththedriveleverintothedesireddrivingdirection.Ifthedriverleverismovedforwardfrom
neutralposition,themachinewillmoveforward.
Ifthedriverleverismovedbackwardfromneutralposition,themachinewillmovebackward.
Thespeedwillincrease,themoretheleverismovedforwardorbackward.Forbraking,movethedriveleverout
oftherespectiveforwardorreversedrivingpositiontotheneutralposition.
2.Duringparkinginslope,switchonparkingbrakeswitch(P).
ATTENTION:Parkingbrakeistobeoperatedonlywhenthemachineisinneutral.Electricalsystemisdesignedin
suchawaythatparkingbrakewillbeengagedonlywhentheforwardreverselever(FNR)isinneutral.
