themachinethetiresarelledwithwaterandpressurized
withair.
Fillingthetires:-
Beforellingthewaterintothetire,inatethetire.if
weinateatthispoint,automaticallyitwilldeatewhile
removingthevalvefromthetire.

Jackupthewheeledpartofthemachine,ifnecessary.
Turnthewheelssothatthehosevalveispositionedver-
ticallyabovethewheelaxiscenter.Screwoffnutandre-
movethehosevalveinsert.
Screwlling/emptyingvalveontohosevalve.
Installconnectinghosebetweenwatertapandlling/emp-
tyingvalve.

Openthewatertap.Waterturnsintothetirewhiletheair
canescapethroughthepipeoutletinstalledintheexterior
ofthelling/emptyingvalve.
Closethewaterplugassoonasthecontinuousliquidjet
comesoutofouterpipeoutlet.

Screwoutlling/emptyingvalveinsert,installthehose
valveinsertandscrewinthenutandtighten.
Settheairpressureinthetireto103.0kPa(14.9psi).
