2-SAFETYINFORMATION
Generalsafetyrules
1.Makesuretoarrestallfuelleaks.Anyfueloroilspilledonhotsurfaceorelectricalcomponentsmaycausere
accidents.Makesurethatthemachineissealedfromleakage.
2.Donotallowstraw,trash,birdnestsorammablematerialinthemachineandremovethesameastheycanignite
reonhotsurfaces.
3.Makesurethereextinguisherinstalledonornearthemachine.Ifalreadyequipped,thereextinguisheris
maintainedandservicedaccordingtothemanufacturer’sinstructions.
4.Checkandmakesuretocleanallthetrashfromthemachineespeciallyaroundhotcomponentssuchasthe
engine,transmission,exhaust,battery,etc.Dothesechecksandcleanthemachineatleastonceaday,probablyat
theendoftheday.Morefrequentchecksandcleaningofmachinemaybenecessarydependingontheoperating
environmentandconditions.
5.Inspecttheelectricalsystemforlooseconnectionsandfrayedinsulation.Repairorreplacethelooseordamaged
parts.
6.Checkandremovethedebrisaccumulationaroundmovingcomponentssuchasbearings,pulleys,belts,gears,
cleaningfans,etc.Morefrequentcleaningofthemachinemaybenecessarydependingontheoperatingenvironment
andconditions.
7.CheckallFuses,Relay,andMCB’sforcorrectratingsandvalidity.Replacethedefectiveornon-complaintparts.
Donottobypass/override/tamperanysafetysystemsofthemachine.
8.Checkandremoveanyoilyragsorotherammablematerialonthemachine.Donottostoresuchmaterialaround
oronthemachine.
9.Makesurethatdonotweldoramecutanyitemsthatcontainammablematerial.Cleantheitemsthoroughly
withnon-ammablesolventsbeforeweldingorame-cutting.
10.Immediatelyinvestigateanyunusualsmellsorodorsthatmayemergeduringoperationofthemachine.Always
awareofsuchobservationsandactionsthereof.
11.MakesurethatthemachineisservicedonlybyauthorizedCASECONSTRUCTIONdealerserviceteamandnot
byanyexternalparties.
12.Checkandremoveanynon-recommendeddevicesthatarettedonthemachine.Donottouseanydevicesthat
arenotastandardtmentbythecompany.
13.Thepersonnelmakesurethattheydonotsmokeorusemobileswhilerefuelling.Itisnotadvisabletopark
themachinenearaplacewhichposesrehazard(Workshopswherewelding,grinding,gascuttingetcisunderway,
bonresetc).
