Replacing the Idler Set

 REMOVAL
1. Detach the frame cover.
(See [D-1: Removing the Frame Covers].)
2. Detach the idler spring from the pawl of the idler metal base.
(Fig. 1)
3. Remove the idler mounting bolts,, and detach the idler set.
(Fig. 2)
 ASSEMBLE
1. Mount the idler set by using an idler mounting bolt. (Fig. 2)
2. Hook the idler spring on the pawl of the idler to give tension to
the belt.
3. Mount the frame cover.
