- Troubleshooting Guide -
Liquid Nitrogen has flooded
vessel through internal
vents (V Series units only)
No lights
Liquid level display show-
ing incorrect reading
Remote alarm working
improperly or not at all
Liquid level has become too
high inside the vessel walls
because of stuck solenoid,
user error, etc.
Blown fuse
No power at wall outlet
AC power cord not plugged in
ON/OFF switch in OFF position
Obstructed pressure port
Loose sensor hose
Unit out of calibration
Remote alarm wires connect-
ed to the wrong terminals
Shut off manual valve on
liquid supply, wait for the
liquid to settle and do one
of the following:
- Carefully bail liquid out of
vessel using approved cryo-
genic container and proper
personal safety equipment, or
- Wait for liquid to evaporate
from vessel on it's own
Replace with one amp fuse
Use live power source
Plug the AC power cord into
a wall socket
Move power Keyswitch into
the ON position
Clear blockage from pressure
port in bottom of vessel
Check sensor hose connection
Calibrate unit using the
calibration guide on page 31
Reconnect wiring using the
guide on page 14: Remote
