What to do if my Celleration Ultramist system will not turn on?
    • A
      Amy SandovalAug 16, 2025
If your Celleration Medical Equipment system isn't turning on, make sure the power cord is properly plugged into both the generator outlet on the back of the instrument and the power outlet. Also, verify that the power outlet is delivering power. If the issue persists, contact Celleration Customer Service, as the fuse on the system may be missing or blown.

What to do if no saline is coming out of the Celleration Ultramist applicator?
    • K
      Kristina WoodsAug 19, 2025
If no saline or insufficient saline is coming out of the Celleration Medical Equipment applicator, ensure that the 'wound ready' screen is visible on the display. Check that the treatment on/off button has been pressed to begin the treatment. Make sure the saline pump door is closed and the tubing is properly loaded in the saline pump using the tubing guides. Also, verify that the tubing is not clamped, kinked, or knotted. Finally, ensure the treatment wand tip is correctly aligned in the center of the applicator and that the tubing spike is fully mated with the saline bag.

      Veronica LewisAug 22, 2025
If there is no power to the treatment wand of your Celleration Medical Equipment (and no screen display), first ensure that the system is turned on using the power switch located on the back of the system. Also, verify that the treatment wand cable is securely inserted into the connector on the generator.

What does it mean if my Celleration Ultramist Medical Equipment says 'Overheat'?
    • O
      Omar LeeAug 26, 2025
The 'Overheat' alarm on your Celleration Medical Equipment indicates that the ultrasound is being turned off as a preventive measure because the treatment wand temperature has exceeded the allowed limit. This does not necessarily indicate a malfunction. The system will begin a cool-down process, counting down the minutes required to cool the system. Do not turn off the system during this cool-down period, as it could require a replacement of the applicator. Once the cool-down is complete, the 'paused treatment' screen will appear, and you can resume the treatment. Note that 20 minutes is the expected maximum treatment time after periods of system inactivity.

    • G
      Gary MooreAug 28, 2025
If you notice saline leaking around the applicator of your Celleration Medical Equipment, ensure that the treatment wand tip is properly aligned in the center of the applicator. Also, if the treatment wand position during treatment caused saline to accumulate inside the applicator, turn the applicator tip downward to allow excess saline to drain and then continue treatment.
