HIGH PRESSURE COMPRESSOR (HPC)
Inspection areas:
- The outer third of the rotor blade tip area and the
anti-erosion hard coating on the concave side.
- The squealer tips.
- The stage 1 blade stiffener near the tip of the blade.
- The blade locks on stages 4 to 9, which maintain the
blades in the circumferential slots.
