The template to fix the boiler
on the wall
Decide upon the boiler location, then tape the template on the wall.
Connect the pipework to the gas and water inlets prearranged on the
template lower bar.
We suggest you fit two G3/4 stop cocks (available on demand) on the
central heating system flow and return pipework; the cocks will allow to
carry out important operations on the system without draining it
completely. If you are either installing the boiler on a pre-existent system
or substituting it, we suggest you also fit settling tanks on the system
return pipework and under the boiler to collect the deposits and scaling
which may remain and be circulated in the system after the purge.
When the boiler is fixed on the template connect the flue and air ducts
(fittings supplied by the manufacturer) according to the instructions given
in the following sections. In the case of installation of natural draft boilers
connect the boiler to the flue by means of a metal pipe with resistance
over time to normal mechanical stress, heat and action of combustion
products and relative condensation.

∆ιαστάσεις λέβητα
Η βάση για τη στήριξη του
λέβητα στον τοίχο
Αποφασίστε για τη θέση του λέβητα, µετά τοποθετήστε τη βάση στον
τοίχο. Συνδέστε τισ σωληνώσεισ γκαζιού και πλήρωσησ νερού στισ
θέσεισ που υπάρχουν στο κάτω µέροσ τησ βάσησ.
Συνιστούµε να τοποθετήσετε 2 βάνεσ ασφαλείασ στην είσοδο και
την έξοδο του νερού απ το λέβητα. Οι βάνεσ θα επιτρέψουν να
γίνουν εργασίεσ στο σύστηµα χωρίσ να αδειαστεί τελείωσ.
Αν γίνεται εγκατάσταση του λέβητα σε ήδη υπάρχον δίκτυο,
προτείνεται η τοποθέτηση δεξαµενήσ καθίζησησ στουσ σωλήνεσ
επιστροφήσ και κάτω απ το λέβητα για να µαζευτούν οι ακαθαρσίεσ
που έχουν αποµείνει µετά τον καθαρισµ.
ταν στερεωθεί ο λέβητασ στη βάση, µετά συνδέστε τον καπνοδχο
και τον αεραγωγ (ρακρ προµηθεύονται) σύµφωνα µε τισ οδηγίεσ
που δίνονται παρακάτω.
Στην περίπτωση εγκατάστασησ λέβητα ελεύθερησ ροήσ, συνδέστε
το λέβητα µε την καπνοδχο µε µεταλλικ σωλήνα, που θα αντέχει
στισ µηχανικέσ καταπονήσεισ, στισ υψηλέσ θερµοκρασίεσ και στη
διάβρωση απ τα κατάλοιπα τησ καύσησ και τη συµπύκνωση.
