Why sparks are not at full strength on my Char-Broil 463262911 Grill?

  If sparks are present but not at all electrodes and/or not at full strength on your Char-Broil Grill: * Remove and reconnect all output connections at module and electrodes. * If possible, observe grill in dark location. Operate ignition system and look for arcing between output wires and grill frame. * Replace battery with a new AA-size alkaline battery if the battery is weak. * Use paper towel to remove moisture if electrodes are wet. * Replace cracked or broken electrodes if electrodes cracked or broken “sparks at crack”.
