If your Char-Broil gas grill experiences a sudden drop in gas flow or low flame, here are a few things to check: * First, make sure that your LP cylinder has gas. * Second, the excess flow valve might have tripped. To resolve this, turn off the control knobs, wait 30 seconds, and then light the grill. If the flames are still low, turn off the knobs and the LP cylinder valve, disconnect the regulator, reconnect it, and perform a leak test. Then, turn on the LP cylinder valve, wait 30 seconds, and light the grill. * Third, there might be a vapor lock at the coupling nut/LP cylinder connection. To fix this, turn off the knobs and the LP cylinder valve, disconnect the coupling nut from the cylinder, reconnect it, and try again.
