What to do if my Char-Broil 463625217 has a sudden drop in gas flow or low flame?

If you experience a sudden drop in gas flow or a low flame on your Char-Broil Grill, there are several potential causes and solutions: * **Out of gas:** Check the gas level in your LP cylinder and refill if necessary. * **Excess flow valve tripped:** Turn off the control knobs, wait 30 seconds, and then attempt to light the grill. If the flames remain low, turn off the knobs and the LP cylinder valve. Disconnect the regulator, reconnect it, and perform a leak test. Turn on the LP cylinder valve, wait 30 seconds, and then try lighting the grill again. * **Vapor lock at coupling nut/LP cylinder connection:** Turn off the control knobs and the LP cylinder valve. Disconnect the coupling nut from the cylinder, reconnect it securely, and try again.
