Why is my Chattanooga Medical Equipment stimulator not working?

  The stimulator may not be working due to several reasons. The remote control might not be responding, in which case you should press the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to turn the device OFF, wait 10 seconds, and then turn the Remote Control ON again. Also, ensure the remote control and the modules are charged. If the batteries are completely discharged, charging for a few minutes may be required before the unit turns on. Try to restart the remote control and modules. Bad connections may also be the root cause, so check and verify the connection of the electrodes. Finally, the lead wire or electrode may be defective, so replace the lead wires and/or electrodes.
