The air recirculation mode is operated
with the 4 button.
An indicator light comes on to show
that the recirculation is on.
* When operating in DEFROST
mode, recirculation is to be fixed to
outside air mode to provide fast clear
vision condition of windscreen.
9 Warning
Driving with recirculation mode for
prolonged period of time can make
you sleepy. Periodically turn to the
outside air mode for fresh air.
The exchange of fresh air is
reduced in air recirculation mode.
In operation without cooling the air
humidity increases, so the
windows may mist up. The quality
of the passenger compartment air
deteriorates, which may cause the
vehicle occupants to feel drowsy.
Heated rear window
The heated rear window is operated
with the Ü button.
An indicator light comes on to show
that the feature is on.

Do not sleep in a vehicle with the
air conditioning or heating system
on. It may cause serious harm or
death due to a drop in oxygen
content and/or body temperature.
