Replace auxiliary belt.

Replace timing chain. Every 240,000 km / 10 years
Inspect valve clearance, adjust if required. Every 150,000 km / 10 years
Inspect clutch & brake pedal free play Every 15,000 km / 1 year

If the belt has been replaced, it must be inspected and tension must be adjusted within 6 months / 5,000 km.
