Installation in any damp, condensed-phase environment with inflammable
and explosive gas is forbidden.
You are prohibited from touching the conductive part when the product is
operating.
When the product is being installed or maintained, the power must be
switched off.
Do not install it in a place where gaseous media can corrode metals and
damage insulation.
In order to avoid dangerous accidents, the installation and fixation of the
product must be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of
the user instructions.
This product is suitable for Environment A. Using this product in
Environment B will cause harmful electromagnetic interference. In this case,
users need to take appropriate protective measures.
Cannot directly conduct insulation pressure testing on the product.
The circuit breaker has been tested according to standard before leaving
the factory. As the circuit breaker is equipped with PCB board, if retest is
carried out before installation, the following steps must be followed:
1. Use 500VDC tramegger.
2. When the circuit breaker is in the OFF state, first measure the insulation
resistance between the incoming and outgoing connection plates 1-2, 3-4,
5-6, then measure the insulation resistance between 1, 3, 5 connection
plates and the shell (the shell is covered with metal foil) one by one.
3. The insulation resistance shall not be less than 10m Ω.
Note: The insulation test can also be carried out after separating the PCB
board
