Customer interventions
Before calling the servicing department, verify whether the problem encountered with the machine is described herebelow in
order to avoid unnecessary expenses:
ANOMALIES
The coffee machine does not function
and the touch screen (TSn) is off.
Water leak in the cup-warmer tray (16)
Coffee dispensing time too short.
Coffee drips out of machine.
Loss of water under the machine.
Machine heated up, but it does not
dispense coffee.
The automatic level control devices
remain in operation.
REMEDY
Check that the electricity is on.
Check the position of the main switch
(23).
Clean

Use new coffee.
Use a coarser grind.
Clean.
Open.
Wait until water is available or call a
plumber.
Same solution as above.
CAUSE
No electricity.
Clogged basin hole.
Coffee ground too coarse.
Coffee too old.

Discharge well clogged up.
Clogged drainage basin
Water supply or water softener tap
closed. No water in system.
Same causes as above.

VERIFICATIONS
Once regeneration has been completed, keep
the RESET key (24)
pressed for approxi-
mately 8 seconds to cancel out the message.
Refer to the Technician’s Manual to see how to
program the switch ON/OFF of the machine.
Press the key (24)
for a few seconds to
force the machine on.
Please consult this manual at the "Cleaning
operations ".
POSSIBLE CAUSES: when the message is visualized
This message is displayed when the softener resins need to
be regenerated. (Follow the instructions on softener mainte-
nance).
This message is displayed when the machine switch ON/OFF
has been programmed. The message indicates that the ma-
chine is switch-off and is in stand-by status.
