Procedure (Flow Pattern)
1. Parking Brake ............................................................DISENGAGE
Manually depress parking brake and ensure completely down.
2. Brakes................................................................................ CHECK
Upon initial movement verify both brakes are functioning by
applying pressure.
3. HSI Orientation .................................................................. CHECK
Visually check HSI alignment with magnetic compass.
4. Attitude Gyro...................................................................... CHECK
Verify gyro is erect and horizon bars are set level.
5. Turn Coordinator ................................................................ CHECK
During turns on the ground, verify the rate of turn indicator
displays a turn in the direction of the turn and inclinometer
displays a skid.
