To quickly report an audio problem during a call on your Cisco IP Phone: * Press **more > QRT**. Your phone system will then gather and record audio data for the call and send it to your system administrator. * Alternatively, press **more > QRT**, choose the problem you want to report from the list, and add a reason code for more details. Your phone system will forward this information to your system administrator for diagnosis.
