- Reset—Device was reset by the administrator.
• User Name—Name of the rejected user.
• User Type—Displays one of the following authentication options relevant to the user:
- Login—Management access user.
- 802.1x—802.1x network access user.
- N/A—For Reset event.
• Reason—Reason that the user was rejected.
• Time—Time that the user was rejected.
STEP 2 To see additional details for the rejected user, select the user and click Details.
The following fields are displayed:
NOTE The fields in this page depend on the type of account viewed and the details received for it. Not
all fields are always displayed.
• Event Time—See above.
• User Name—See above.
• Authentication Method—See User Type above.
• Rejection Reason—Reason that the user was rejected.
• NAS IPv4 Address—Address of the Network Accessed Server (NAS). The NAS is the
switch running the RADIUS client.
• NAS Port—Port used on the NAS.
• User Address—If the user is the network administrator, this is its IP address; if the user
is a station, this is its MAC address.
To clear out the table of rejected users, click Clear.
RADIUS Server Unknown NAS Entries
To display authentication rejections due to NASs not being known to RADIUS server.
STEP 1 Click Security > RADIUS Server > RADIUS Server Unknown NAS Entries.
The following fields are displayed:
• (Log) Event Type
