Chapter 3 Maintaining the System
Preparing for System Component Installation or Replacement
Graceful shutdown—Press and release the Power button. The software performs a graceful
shutdown of the server node.
Emergency shutdown—Press and hold the Power button for 4 seconds to force the power off the
server node.
When the server node power button turns amber, it is safe to remove the server node from the chassis.
