Hardware Test Printhead
Temperature
— You can check Printhead temperature
in °C (Centigrade).
Battery Voltage — You can check the battery level value.
Backlight — You can check the backlight condition.
You can turn the backlight on or off
by pressing the Up (
) button.
LCD Colour Test — You can check the LCD color condition
with RGB. You can change the test
color by pressing the Up (
) button.
Button Test — You can check whether the buttons are
operating properly. If the buttons are
not operating properly, the displayed
shape (“O” or “X”) will change when
you press a corresponding button.
RAM Test — You can check the printer memory.
When you select this menu by
pressing the Enter (
) button, RAM
test process will start immediately.

If “RAM test failed” is
displayed, please contact your
CITIZEN SYSTEMS dealer.
About This
Printer
— You can check the model name of the
printer and hardware revision and
software version with this menu.
Factory Reset Load Factory
Defaults
— You can reset all settings and restore
them to the default or factory
settings.
File System Clear All Files Clear All Files/Cancel You can delete all of the downloaded
fonts and formats.
Pack Files Pack Files/Cancel You can pack all of the downloaded
fonts and formats.
