3. Put the driving belt on the
required pulley of the driving
wheel (lower band-saw wheel)
and the corresponding motor
pulley.
4. Turn the belt tension knob to
adjust the belt tension.
Turn clockwise to reduce tension/
counter -clockwise to increase
tension.
Half-way between the pulleys the
drive belt should be able to flex
approx 10 mm.
5. Close the lower cover.
CHANGING THE SAW BLADE
1. Loosen the four lock knobs for the
guard rail and remove it.
2. Open the upper and lower
covers.
3. Set the upper blade guide to its
lowest position.
WARNING: THE TEETH OF THE BLADE ARE SHARP. BE SURE TO WEAR
GLOVES WHEN HANDLING THE BLADE IN SITUATIONS SUCH AS
UNPACKING, MOUNTING OR REPLACING.
