Why does the blade keep breaking on my Clarke Woodworker CBS250C Saw?
    • M
      Mr. Keith HendersonAug 5, 2025
The blade on your Clarke Saw might be breaking due to several reasons. It could be caused by faulty alignment adjustments, incorrectly adjusted blade guides, feeding the work too fast, forcing or twisting the blade around a tight radius, blade being too tight, blunt teeth, or a badly welded blade. Lower the feed rate, relieve blade tension, and renew the blade as necessary. For tight curves, make relief cuts fairly close together at 90º to the curve. Using a narrower blade will make a tighter curve. Fit only quality blades supplied by your CLARKE dealer. Also, check if the wrong blade is fitted.

What to do if my Clarke Saw fails to operate?
    • M
      Michael LyonsAug 15, 2025
If your Clarke Saw fails to operate, first, ensure the unit is plugged into the socket if there was a power failure. Then, check that the switch is on and the fuse is not blown. Also, make sure that the upper and lower doors are fully closed and the safety switches are seated correctly.

How to reduce noise and vibration in my Clarke Saw?
    • G
      Gregory WarrenAug 25, 2025
Excessive noise or vibration in your Clarke Saw can be caused by the blade not being correctly aligned. Carry out tracking adjustments. Also, tighten the locking knob and check that the guides are correctly set.
