Troubleshooting guide
The radio will
not switch on.
• Is the lithium-ion battery flat?
• Make sure there are no flat AAA batteries
in the battery compartment.
• If the radio is powered via the USB-C
socket, check that the cable is properly
connected to the USB adapter and that
the wall socket is working.
No sound from
the loudspeaker.
• Check the volume.
• Make sure that there are no headphones
connected to the 3.5mm headphone
socket. When headphones are connected,
the loudspeaker turns off.
Poor radio
reception.
• Move the radio to another location.
• Perform a factory reset. Refer to the
Settings – Factory Reset section.
Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that the product should not be
disposed of with general household waste. This applies
throughout the entire EU. In order to prevent any harm
to the environment or health hazards caused by incorrect
waste disposal, the product must be handed in for
recycling so that the material can be disposed of in a
responsible manner. To recycle the product, take it to your
local recycling facility or contact the retailer. They will ensure that
the product is disposed of in a way that does not harm the
environment.
