Removing the Modem Module
1. Turn off the computer, remove the battery (page 2 - 5) and the CPU/RAM bay cover (page 2 - 8) and the CPU heat
sink (page 2 - 10) and the Wireless LAN (page 2 - 12) and the optical device (page 2 - 14) and the keyboard (page
2 - 15).
2. Disconnect the connectors
- from under the keyboard and turn it over.
3. Remove screws
- from the rear of the computer.
4. Remove the screws
- from the bottom case and disconnect the connectors - on the mainboard.
5. Carefully lift up the top case
off the computer.
