If the test shows that water pump and spindle motor are normal, you may begin go
engrave.
■ Attention: you must first start the water pump before starting the spindle motor at any
time, to ensure that the cooling water circulation is normal. Otherwise, the rotation
speed of 24000 cycles may let the spindle motor generate extremely high temperature
within short time, and let it be burned.
■ Warning: never try to change the setting parameter of VFD. Its application
parameters are exclusively set for this spindle motor, which have been strictly
checked and tested. VFD is widely applied, and its parameter default is not
exclusively set for the utilization of engraving machine. Even if you are proficient in the
application of VFD, please do not try it. Wrong settings may damage the spindle motor,
and deprive your right to repair this product.

It is suggested to add some antirust additive s in the cooling water;
If it will not used for a long time, please blow out the residual water in the water pipe of
principal axis by compressed air.
