Idle speed adjustment
Any adjustment of theidle speed should be carried out when
theengine iswarm.
Carefully turn theidle speed adjustment screw as follows:
• Clockwise: Higheridlespeed.
• Anticlockwise: Loweridlespeed.
1. Remove theplastic cover over theair filter and
carburettor.
2. Remove theair filter and wash it in mild
soapywater.
3. Allow thefilter to completely dry before refitting it.

Lubrication of the head angle adjuster
The head angle adjuster should be lubricated after
every 25 hours of operation.
1. Loosen thehead of thebolt on theside of
thegearbox and smear thepivot with some high
temperature grease.
2. Wipe off any excess grease.
3. Tighten thebolt.
