Idle speed adjustment
Any adjustment of theidle speed should be carried out when
theengine iswarm.
Carefully turn theidle speed adjustment screw as follows:
• Clockwise: Higheridlespeed.
• Anticlockwise: Loweridlespeed.
1. Remove theplastic cover over theair filter and
carburettor.
2. Remove theair filter and wash it in mild
soapywater.
3. Allow thefilter to completely dry before refitting it.

Lubrication of the head angle adjuster
The head angle adjuster should be lubricated after
every 25 hours of operation.
1. Loosen thehead of thebolt on theside of
thegearbox and smear thepivot with some high
temperature grease.
2. Wipe off any excess grease.
3. Tighten thebolt.
