SmartPAK™ (paperboard) cartridges are lightweight, recyclable, and
designed to optimize backroom storage space.
Inventory & Quick Replacements:
• Be prepared during rush periods! Place fast moving ingredient
cartridges in extra trays and stage near dispenser for fast
change outs.


Managing Ingredient Cartridges
Operational Basics
Many brand recipes require special microingredients
labeled AA, BB, and CC. Make sure you have plenty of
these three microingredients in-stock, because they
may move twice as fast as brand cartridges.
Cleaning Trays:
• Black plastic cartridge trays should be “hand washed” only using
approved food grade sanitizer. NEVER PLACE IN A DISHWASHER,
which may warp the trays over time.
