Problem Resolution
The sound processor
switches o
1� Ask your clinician if “Auto power o” is
enabled. If it is, then the sound
processor will switch o after two
minutes when not connected to the
implant.
2� Change the batteries. SeeReplace the

The sound processor
will not turn o
1� Check the sound processor is not
locked. SeeLock the control button on
page 32.
2� Remove the battery module from the
processing unit. SeeRemove the
