Instruction Manual - Twin Master
3.2 - Running principle
Combine main features Twin Master Peanut Combine are:
Peanut pickup is carried out by a cylinder with pickup ngers of plates that throw
the product up to the auger, from where it is put on the way to the conditioning
cylinder that, at last, directs it to the threshing cylinder.
Sliding shoes allow the pickup unit to follow up the terrain unevenness, making
the pickup ngers to work very close to the soil surface, picking up the plants that
should be arranged in furrows form.
Threshing occurs through the Axial Flow of Low Impact system (FABI). Beating
pins, arranged along the whole helicoidal cylinder length, make the threshing and
keep the screen around it from being obstructed by the straw, besides adjusting
threshing time.
Peanut passes by the screen around the threshing cylinder and falls on the vibrating
sieve, occurring the separation of the “peanut + thin straw” from the thick straw
which is eliminated by the cylinder.
Cleaning fan sucks the light particles of dirt (thin straw), allowing only the peanut
to be led to the Combine rear part.
In the rear part, below the sieve, there is a deposit from where the product is
transported to the elevator through a auger.
That elevator transports the peanut up to the grain box. Product unloading occurs
through the box tilting by means of hydraulic cylinders.
