b) Safety valve
It is a maximum pressure valve which has been duly calibrated and that discharges the over-pres-
sure in excess in case of failure in the pressure adjusting system.
c) Boiler safety thermostat
It is a device that stops the burner operation when in the hydraulic circuit an over-heating is achie-
ved because of a failure in the temperature adjusting system.
d) Flame switching on control
It is a device that stops the burner operation in case of switching off of the combustion flame.
« CAUTION
In case of repeated triggering of one of the above mentioned safety devices, absolutely do not
use the water cleaner without having it checked by a Skilled Engineer.
e) Pressure limiting/adjusting valve
It is a duly adjusted valve that makes it possible for the pumped liquid to return to the pump suc-
tion, by inhibiting the onset of dangerous pressures when you close the water gun or when you try
to set pressure values above the maximum allowed ones.
f) Water lack safety switch
It is a device that prevents the burner operation in case of water absence.
g) Locking device of the water gun lever
It is a mechanism that makes it possible to lock the lever of the water gun in closed position, avoi-
ding accidental operations (see also Fig. 1).
2.3 INTENDED USE
« CAUTION
• The water cleaner is only intended for the following uses:
- washing of vehicles, machines, buildings, tools, etc. wit cold or hot water possibly added
with detergents authorised by the Producer;
- distribution of detergents authorised by the Producer;
- removing of deposits and clogging of hoses by means of suitable accessories authorised by
the Producer;
- water sanding of objects by means of suitable accessories authorised by the Producer.
• To safeguard the environment, washing of engines of vehicles or machines containing hydrau-
lic circuits must be carried out only in rooms with suitable oil separator.
• The water cleaner must be never used to wash persons, animals, electrical devices under vol-
tage, delicate objects or the water cleaner itself.
• The accessories (standard and optional) and the detergents used with the water cleaner must
be of the type authorised by the Producer.
• The water cleaner is not suitable for the use in rooms that show particular conditions such as,
for instance, corrosive or explosive atmospheres.
• For the use on vehicles, boats or aircraft, apply to the technical service of the Producer because
some added prescription can be necessary.
Any other use is improper.
The Producer cannot be hold liable for possible damage resulting from unintended or
wrong uses.
