WARNING
• During the operation, the water cleaner must not be too noisy and under it there must not
be visible water or oil dropping. Should this occur, have the machine checked by a Skilled
Engineer.
7.2 EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

• The extraordinary maintenance interventions must be carried out only by a Skilled Engineer.
For the extraordinary maintenance, observe what is reported in the following table.

8. DISMANTLING AND DISPOSAL
The dismantling of the water cleaner must be carried out only by qualified personnel and in con-
formity with the laws which are valid in the country where the cleaner is installed.
« CAUTION
• Before scrapping the water cleaner, make it unusable, for instance, by cutting the power supply
cable and disabling those parts that could be dangerous for children who could use the cleaner
to play.
9. TROUBLESHOOTING
« CAUTION
• Before performing any intervention, carry out the operation described on paragraph
“Stopping”. If you cannot reset the correct operation of the water cleaner by means of the
information contained in the following table, apply to a Skilled Engineer.

Check the hydraulic circuit of the pump.
Check the pump fixing.
Adjust the electrodes.
Clean the gas oil nozzle.
Check/replace the gas oil filter.
Check/replace the water filter (only KE Super and KE Xtra).
Replace the oil pump.
Replace the electrodes.
Replace the gas oil nozzle.
Check the pump suction/delivery valves.
Check the tightening of the pump screws.
Check the pump adjusting valve
Clean the boiler.
Remove deposits from the coil (only KE Classic).
Check the safety devices.
INTERVENTION
Every 200 hours.
Every 500 hours.
