CONVOTHERM ON/OFF (1)
• CONVOTHERM goes into its ready
state:
– Self-diagnostics are performed
– Oven light goes on

variable to any temperature
between 30°C and 120°C
Cooking programme ‘Superheated
steam’ (3)
• Oven temperature is continuously
variable to any temperature
between 100°C and 250°C
Cooking programme ‘Convection’ (4)
• Oven temperature is continuously
variable to any temperature
between 30°C and 250°C
Cooking programme ‘Regenerate’ (5)
