Front panel
Fit the front panel in front of the condensation hood.
The front panel must be removed at regular intervals and washed in the dishwasher. Observe manu-
facturer's data.
Operation
Always switch the condensation hood on when the combi steamer is running. Otherwise condensation
may collect in the appliance.
Waste water temperature
The average temperature of the waste water from the combi steamer is 68°C. In order to reduce the
amount of cold water used, the temperature of the waste water can be adjusted locally to 80°C maxi-
mum in the Service level.
