General Installation Instructions

Location Requirements

Stationary installation must be on a level surface. Maintain clearance from combustible materials for safe operation.

Control Panel Operation

Smoke;Cook Mode (3 Stage)

Standard operation mode. Cooks in three stages: smoke, cook, and hold. Ideal for maximizing smoke flavor absorption.

Cook Mode (2 Stage)

Operates in two stages: cook and hold. Cooks at set temperature for set time, then transitions to holding temperature.

Probe Mode (2 or 3 Stage)

Uses optional meat probe. Cooks until internal meat temperature reaches set point, then transitions to holding temperature.
