• Tap > > Personal > Security > Screen lock > Pattern.
• Choose either Require pattern to start device or No thanks, then draw an unlock pattern
and tap CONTINUE.
• Draw the same unlock pattern again and tap CONFIRM.
Setting a screen unlock PIN
You can set a numeric PIN to unlock your phone. Once the screen has locked, the pin needs to
be entered correctly in order to unlock the phone.
• Tap > > Personal > Security > Screen lock > PIN.
• Choose either Require PIN to start device or No thanks, then enter a pin number
containing at least 4 digits.
• Tap CONTINUE.
• Enter the same pin again and tap OK.
Setting a screen unlock password
You can set a screen unlock password to unlock your phone.
• Tap > > Personal > Security > Screen lock > Password.
• Choose either Require password to start device or No thanks, then enter a password
containing at least 4 characters.
• Tap CONTINUE.
• Enter the same password again and tap OK.
