Why is the CO2 volume too low in my Cornelius Dispenser beverage?
- GGregory BurnsAug 8, 2025
Several factors can lead to low CO2 volume in your Cornelius Dispenser beverage. First, ensure there's no air in the carbonator by bleeding any trapped air. Next, reduce the dispense rate if it's at capacity. Check the CO2 cylinder; replace it if empty, and ensure the valve on both the cylinder and pressure regulator are open. Adjust the valve to the correct pressure if the CO2 pressure is too low. Finally, if the water temperature is too high, allow time for a new ice bank to build up.
