Then, clean the chute assembly and the inside of the auger housing using a clean-out tool. 2. If there's a foreign object lodged in the auger, stop the engine immediately, disconnect the spark plug wire, and remove the object with a clean-out tool. 3. Check and adjust the auger control cable, referring to the Assembly section. 4. If the auger belt is loose or damaged, replace it, referring to the Service and Maintenance section. 5. If the shear pins are sheared, replace them with new ones, referring to the Operation section.
