  Intermittent 4K60 4:4:4 2-channel non-HDR or HDR video can occur if the display device is not configured properly. Refer to the display device documentation for proper configuration. It can also be caused by using a non-Crestron HDMI cable or a Crestron HDMI cable that exceeds the maximum length of 20 feet (6.1 m). Use Crestron HDMI cable only, not exceeding 20 feet (6.1 m).

If you are using a DM-NVX-350 or DM-NVX-350C, switch the audio input to 2-channel audio, as these devices do not downmix a 2-channel signal from a multichannel surround sound source.
