Walking on level ground

Set the pole length so that your upper and low-
er arms form a 90° angle. Make sure both
poles are adjusted to the same length. An in-
dication of the pole length can be found on
the bottom pole segment. If you want to adjust
the pole length to 120cm, set the bottom pole
segment so that it sits on the 120cm marking.

lower pole must be lengthened so that both provide
support.
