Sprayer Operation
Open the main tank lid for top-fi lling.
(1) Remove the cap of the Fill Inlet (3000 litre).
(2) Turn the Fill Selector Valve to the main tank.

Filling the Pinto
Tanks
The Pinto has four tanks which require
fi lling. Each tank (main tank, fl ush tank,
freshwater tank & foam marker) can be
fi lled via its top lid.
The main tank and fl ushing tank can also
be fi lled via a top/bottom-fi lling inlet.
1 Main Tank
Use clean, fresh water (preferably
rainwater), free of suspended organic
matter or clay. Some chemicals are
deactivated when they contact these
materials.
Always calculate the correct water quantity
required, and when fi lling, allow suffi cient
water quantity for adding and mixing
chemicals.
If necessary top up the tank to required
quantity after adding chemicals.
Top Filling
To top-fi ll the main tank:
1 Open the main tank lid and ensure
the basket fi lter is in place.
2 Fill the main tank with the required
amount of water.
3 Close the main tank lid.
Bottom-Filling
Bottom-fi lling requires a pressured water
source.
• 3000 Litre
To bottom-fi ll the main tank:
1 Remove the end cap from the fi ll inlet
& connect the fi lling hose.
2 Turn the Fill Selector Valve to the
main tank.
3 Fill the main tank with the amount of
water required.
4 Disconnect fi lling hose and replace
the end cap.
