Lubrication & Maintenance
Filter Maintenance
Clean fi lters ensure that no solids enter
the spraying system to block or damage
pump or nozzles.
All fi lters should be cleaned regularly or
after each spraying period.
Remove the outer screw and bowl of suction fi lter. Remove & clean the fi lter element & components. Reassemble & tighten the outer screw of suction fi lter..
Nozzle Filters
Nozzle fi lters should be cleaned regularly
to avoid nozzle blockages.
See cleaning instructions:
• 3000 litre on page 3.10.
• 2000 litre on page 3.14.
If leaking occurs from the nozzle cap,
check caps are correctly fi tted with seals
&/or the condition of the seals. Replace if
necessary.
Foam Marker Filter
The foam marker fi lter should be cleaned
regularly or after each tank of foam has
been emptied.

• 2000 litre on page 3.14.
Regularly check and clean the nozzle fi lters.

regularly, or after each spray tank has
been emptied.
