2 Backlash of Gear
Change the spur gear with backlash exceeding the usable
limit.

3 Clearance between Shift Fork and Gear groove
Measure the clearance between the shift fork and gear
groove and change if exceeding the usable limit.

4 Assembly of Transmission Control
Refer to the drawing for the direction of slit for spring
pin.
• When driving the spring pins, as shown in the
figure, toward the split (joint) to the same direction
which the force is received.
