z Do not touch the printers print head by hand. If you touch it, please use ethanol to
clean it.
z Please use 100% Ethenol. DO NOT use medical alcohol, which may damage the
printer head.
z Regularly clean the print head and sensors when changing a new ribbon.
This will keep printer performance and extend the printers life.
