  If your Cub Barcode Reader is not printing, first ensure the interface cable is securely connected. If you are using a serial port, verify that the cable is pin-to-pin connected; if not, replace it. Also, confirm that the serial port settings are consistent between your host device and the printer, and that the correct printer port is selected in the Windows driver. For Ethernet connections, ensure the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway are configured correctly.

  If your Cub Barcode Reader shows poor print quality, ensure the top cover is completely closed and latched properly. Check if the supply is loaded correctly and that the ribbon and media are compatible. Clean the print head if dust or adhesives have accumulated.
