WHAT DO I DO IF: ANSWERS :
my appliance does not work? Make sure the appliance is plugged in properly.
liquid is leaking from the base of the jar? Check that the jar has been correctly assembled and
that the seal is properly positioned.
the preparation is leaking from the lid? Check that the total quantity (liquids and solids) does
not exceed 1.75L.
the motor slows? The amount of food exceeds the recommended
maximum. Remove some food from the jar and blend
in two batches.
the blade won’t move? Remove some food from the jar.
Cut large food into pieces before chopping and use the
pulse function for best results.
the blade won’t move even though the quantities have
been reduced?
Turn o and unplug the appliance. The blade is
probably not properly assembled. Check the blender
assembly.
