13. Serial Communications User Manual
This product built in with standard RS422/RS485 communicate port, support international
standard MODBUS protocol, user can monitor single or many inverters by using PLC, PC,
industrial computer or other equipment which support MODBUS protocol
A. The physical link
The wiring of this product can use either RS422 (4 wires) or RS485 (2wires), by jumper.

Note ： a. When use RS422 (4wires), The ‘REMOTE’ socket cannot connect to any device.
b. Single transaction can read up to 10 continuous data from slave device.
c. It can connect up to 32 devices in single net.
d. The R in wiring diagram is terminal resister, only used on the device in the end of
communication line.
