What policy should be used to save the relay list to the disk, possible settings are Disabled,
ReconfShut, or ReconfShutTimer.

Auto Save Interval
How often, in seconds, should the relay list be saved to disk if DHCPServer_SaveRelayPolicy is set
to ReconfShutTimer.
Default: 86400
